My dad first took me fishing when I was 7 years old on the kennet and avon canal and I had the bug straight away. I started match fishing when I was 14 years old and have dedicated my life to it ever since. From the day I started my main aim was to get into the england team and I was lucky enough to get selected for the team when i was 17 years old. Ive been very lucky to have some great mentors along the way in the shape of Des Ship, Steve Sanders and Mark Harper who have got me to the level im at now, by mixing with these anglers I just couldn’t fail to learn.
Im currently fishing for the mighty daiwa dorking who I hope to win plenty of medals with.
