Here's Winning Pegs 9, in full as recorded for our DVD series. In Winning Pegs 9 we travel to Partridge Lakes near Warrington to meet up with three of our angling consultants. First up, Des Shipp shows you how he would approach a canal style commercial, targeting F1’s with soft pellet hookbaits. Next, we join Adam Wakelin who explains several different methods for targetting finicky F1’s and ide shallow. Adam details the jigger method, explaining how and when to use it. Michael Buchwalder discusses different ways to keep fish coming when fishing down the edge. His tips will help you to make the most of this valuable area of your peg. Now with closed caption subtitles Well, welcome to Winning Pegs Nine, I'm here at Partridge Lakes, just on the outskirts of Manchester. With me today, I've got Adam Wakeland, just to my right, he's gonna be fishing shallow. He's gonna show us just a couple of tips on how to catch F1s and carp shallow. Around the corner from him, we've got Michael Buchwalder, he's gonna be fishing tight to the island with ground bait, and he's also going to be putting ground bait down the edge, fishing for big fish. Some big carp, and hopefully some big F1s. Myself, I'm gonna be fishing soft pallets across, well, not tight across, I found myself about three foot of water, and I'm also gonna be fishing ground bait down the edge, but slightly different to what Michael's doing, I'm going to be fishing for sort of everything that swims really, F1s, smaller carp and hopefully, some nice, big silverfish.
